Exhibitors like you are an integral part of the summit. We offer your organization and/or business a valuable opportunity to connect with an array of business leaders looking for the latest products, publications, technologies, and services aimed at supporting their climate and energy efficiency efforts.  CWM invites you to participate in this one-of-a-kind event…the largest statewide gathering of business leaders focused on Maine’s economy and climate change with more than 600 registrants anticipated!

BOOTH RENTAL INCLUDES

  • 8’ X 10’ draped booth

  • Two complimentary exhibitor staff badges per booth which includes full conference registration

PAYMENT METHODS
The Exhibitor Registration Fee may be paid by check, or for online payment via credit/debit card visit our website, www.climateworkmaine.org/summit-exhibitor

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Remittance in full must accompany the application/contract for space - no exceptions. Cancellations will be accepted up to one month before the conference begins (April 9, 2024) and must be in writing. A service charge of $50.00 will be deducted before a refund is made for any cancellation.

EXHIBIT HOURS
Exhibitors may set up on Thursday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. (Please note, doors open at 8am on Thursday, but the conference does not start until 9am.) Please unload through the airlock doors on the left side of the building. Exhibits will be kept open throughout the Conference. Noise from the exhibit area must not interfere with any speaker’s presentation in the auditorium.

PROTECTION AND LIABILITY
Neither ClimateWork Maine nor the owners and operators of the Augusta Civic Center or their employees will be responsible for any damage to exhibits or for any loss by fire, theft, damage, delay, mechanical failure, or labor trouble that might be caused while Exhibitors are utilizing the Augusta Civic Center.

ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS AND FUNCTIONS
ClimateWork Maine invites and encourages Exhibitors to attend all workshops and functions.
